Refund Policy:

Pre-sale: All pre-sale items must be paid in full at time of order. A full refund will be given if canceled at least 1 week ahead of pick up day. 

 
Custom orders:

• A 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. The remaining balance will be due at least 1 week before pick up day.  

• A full refund will be given if order is canceled at least 2 weeks in advance. 

• Orders canceled at least 1 week in advance will receive a refund of 50%.  

• Orders canceled within 7 days of pick up day will not be refunded.
