When I was in middle school, I wanted to be a baker…until I discovered that bakers start work very early in the morning. What 12 year old likes the idea of waking up early? Ha! Fast forward to 2017, when I started with my first batch of cookies for St. Patrick’s Day. Over time, I started getting requests for cookies from family and friends. I was hooked!
